Refund policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

  • Action Required: You must contact us on our chat within 5 days of receiving your package.

  • Evidence: Please include clear photos of the damage and the shipping label.

2. Sizing and "Buyer's Remorse."

Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or changes of heart. * Please double-check our sizing charts (available on each product page) before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

3. Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. A new order will need to be placed at the customer's expense.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We can only offer reshipments for packages officially deemed "Lost in Transit" by the carrier.

4. Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason:

  • Underwear, socks, swimwear, and face masks.
